Refund Policy

At TechTrend Innovationshop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy for eligible items within 7–15 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

Process: Contact us at admin@vividassistpro.com within 7–15 days of delivery to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), a refund will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Refunds exclude original shipping costs. Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, used products, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
